Terms of Service

You may register and use the Service if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18 but have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password.
• You agree to keep your password and account credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• If you do not verify your email address within three (3) days of registration, your account will be paused until verification is complete.

• Free Tier: Includes a limited number of API calls and features.
• Paid Tier & Usage Extras: You may upgrade for additional capacity, rate limits, or premium features. Charges will accrue based on your selected plan and any usage beyond your plan's limits.
• Billing & Payment: You agree to pay all fees for paid plans and usage extras. All payments are non-refundable.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason. Instead, we provide personalized assistance to help you integrate AI into your workflows.

• You may submit or generate content (text, images, etc.) via our web interface and client packages.
• You agree to use the Service ethically and lawfully.
• We prohibit content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. If we receive a valid report of such content, we may investigate and take action, including removal or termination.

• Verification Pause: Accounts unverified after 3 days will be paused.
• Misuse or Non-Payment: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. We may delete stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ragentix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: (1) Your use of or inability to use the Service; (2) Your violation of these Terms; (3) Your infringement of any third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RAGENTIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGENTIX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for any content or practices of those sites.

• By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (e.g., account and billing notices).
• We will ask for your consent before sending marketing communications, and you may opt out at any time.

We may modify these Terms at our discretion. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" above and post the revised Terms. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ragentix is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
